ELF – Dessert Haze

I broke a nail yesterday, so today, I’m back to short nails! It felt kind of weird in the beginning, now I’m getting used to my “new” short nails.

The choice of today’s polish was easy, it’s been a long time since I’ve had a nude on my nails, so today I picked ELF-Dessert Haze which is a nice nude with wonderful proprieties. What you see is one coat and a top coat of China Glaze Fast Farward. I was thinking whether to skip the top coat or not since the polish on the right hand was almost dry when I was finished with painting my left hand but I’m kind of used to having a top coat, so I‘ve put on a top coat today too.

Gorgeous color. I’m a sucker for nude colors :)

Snyggt! Jag har inget bra nude lack… Tror att jag alltid har hoppat över att köpa ett till förmån för något färggladare/glittrigare etc. men jag känner att det kanske behövs i samlingen.. =/

Its funny seeing people’s definition of short nails-to me yours are still longer than mine!!! This color is so pretty on you! Nails will grow back!

This is actually my favorite polish out of my entire nail polish collection (400+). It’s also an exact dupe of Essie’s Sand Tropez.

The girlie blogger: Thank you, it’s nice isnt’t it?

drinkcitra:Thank you, I love wearing nudes once in a while :)

    Nail Reflection: Me too :)

Annie: Det är nog inte dumt att ha ett nudelack i samlingen. Väljer du detta kan du få det för ett billigt pris då ELF lack kostar runt 15-20 kr utan frakt.

Fingers: I was thinking about definition of long and short nails too, but more like, my nails maybe weren’t so long after all before I cut them off! LOL! Well, it’s more about what you’re used to call short and long :)

Shannara: It’s nice wearing nudes once in a while :) Try one some day :)

Edna: Wow, I didn’t know it is a dupe of Essie’s Sand Tropez. It’s a beautiful polish indeed!

sminkan: Visst är det? Jag är mer och mer förtjust i färgen och vill nästan inte byta :D

    Ashesela: Thank you :D

Your nails still look really good for “short” nails…they’re about the same length as mine and thats my version of long. It always sucks to break a nail and have to cut them all shorter though, its kinda that same feeling you get when you cut your hair shorter and it just feels so weird at first.

Thanks, I’m already used to the length. Besides that they will grow pretty soon :D
When it comes to hair, I’m not so brave at cutting it. I have long hair and I only cut about 5 cm at a time, so no drastic changes there LOL

lol well that explains the dislike of your not so drastically short nail!
