Orly Snowcone – China Glaze White Cap

When I bought China Glaze White Cap, I thought I would use it on it’s own. I did that once but then I start layering it over other polishes. It is such a great color to do that with! In this case it gives the already beautiful Orly Snowcone a new dimension. The shimmer is so pretty!
