This time of the year the days are getting shorter very fast in Sweden. It begins to get dark by 20.00 in the evening now and soon it’s going to be dark by 18.00. In December the sun goes down by 16.00 where I live so it’s barely any daylight when I get home from work. Now I like Fall but the downside of the darker seasons is that I can’t take daylight pictures anymore after doing my nails in the evening.
This is the case with the China Glaze “Trendsetter” as I’ve taken the pictures in artificial lightning. I managed to capture the micro shimmer hidden in the polish though, so I’m happy to be able to show you that. I love the color more than I thought I would, and I can’t wait to match my outfit to the polish.
How about you? Do you try to match your outfit to your nail polish? Or is the choice of your nail polish depending on your outfit?

Oh man. I knew I needed this before, but your swatches have just confirmed it for me. I’m supposed to get a gift set from ChG’s “latest collection” from the company (could be the metallic shatters though?) so I’ve held off on buying this, but I’m not sure I can wait any more!

Love this! I just bought Trendsetter today. I don’t typically match my polish to my outfit. They may coordinate sometimes, but its usually not intentional.

I think you’re going to love Trendsetter! I saw it in daylight today and it is very pretty! Today I accidentally saw that Trendsetter match my purse perfectly!
