Borrowed and Blue is a nice light blue creme coming from Essie’s bridal collection 2011. While applying it, I thought I would hate it, because the color was very thick, and it didn’t look like it would even up. But it did and when I was finished I was happy. After two coats and a top coat, I got a nice light blue creme that I love.
